Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2β4 business days. During highβvolume periods (new drops, holidays), processing may take an additional 1β2 days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24β48 hours to appear.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. We cannot control or predict these charges.
Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages.
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately to update your address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We will assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
