At King Coal Teez, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital products (if applicable)

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges of any kind.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
